My visit to BARCELONA!

Barcelona... Barcelona... Barcelona... How I miss you already. So as you can tell I visited Barcelona for a weekend and it was great. I stayed in a small town called Glories. The people there are lovely and makes the effort to speak English so you don't feel lost, I didn't travel by myself but it helped. As we got to the hotel in the evening we decided that we would go for dinner across the road from us in the shopping centre where they have a mixture of clothing stores and restaurants. As they say "When in Rome" So I said when in Spain you have to eat Paella; a seafood paella to be exact and it was amazing. I always think that whenever you go to another country you have to try things that are native to that country or you just won't be able to get a full experience of what that country is like. We then stopped by a sports bar on our way back to our hotel that surprisingly was ran by Chinese people who spoke Spanish well. It was a lovely little place and the drinks there were very inexpensive.

Torre Agbar- This is said to be one of the tallest buildings in Barcelona. I must say it was beautiful to look at when the lights were turned on.

So being that I love football so much and I was in the city of one of the world's greatest football team FC Barcelona, I thought that it would be a good idea to visit their home ground. Before I continue I feel that I should let it be known that I'm an Arsenal supporter, I have been and always will be. Fair is fair you have to give credit where it's due and Barcelona have dominated European football in recent years so I wanted to see what their supporters saw. So I spent an afternoon over by Camp Nou and it's a good sight indeed. I also went to browse in their sports shop which was a lovely place for supporters to get anything Barcelona. Overall it was a good day.

This was just the view from the main entrance of Camp Nou.

This monster of a building is called La Sagrada Familia. Apparently the construction of this Cathedral started in 1882 and it's not expected to be completed until 2026. It is an amazing sight to say the least; so it'll be on my list of places to go to on my next visit.
On my last night in Barcelona I went for dinner and I wore this beauty from River Island.

So overall Barcelona was a charm. I'll definitely be going back, by the grace of God. So feel free to leave a comment down below about your experiences of travelling and the places that you'd love to visit.
